Metropolitan Elite Gymnastics & Athletics-DC is the gymnastics training facility southeast Fairfax County has been waiting for! MEGA–DC is dedicated to bringing the fun and challenge of gymnastics at an affordable cost. Our large training area is outfitted with high quality gymnastics equipment for all four Women’s Olympic events: vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Boys and girls will enjoy learning to tumble on our trampoline and spring floor. We even have a safe, dedicated area for our youngest gymnasts with “my-size” equipment for toddlers and preschoolers.
MEGA-DC encourages our athletes to pursue interests outside of the gym and strives to find the right training options for each child. Competitive gymnastics often demands a large time commitment, but our staff understands that the best athletes are well-rounded people. MEGA–DC offers our students a variety of instructional choices, offering several options to best serve the individual’s needs and financial situation.
Metropolitan Elite Gymnastics & Athletics DC LLC (MEGA-DC) is the only full-scale, competitive and recreational gymnastics training facility in the Alexandria-Springfield-Lorton area. Our coaches and staff encourage confidence, self-esteem, self-discipline and responsibility for students of all abilities. If you are looking for a place to foster creative self-expression, fitness and social opportunities through gymnastics, MEGA-DC is the place for you!
MEGA-DC provides families high quality recreational gymnastics instruction and USAG Compulsory, Optional, and XCEL teams. Our philosophy is to provide a positive coaching environment that develops gymnasts to their full potential, while maintaining a fun and challenging experience. At MEGA-DC, we understand that not every student wants to commit solely to a competitive gymnastics track and we support athletes with other interests.
MEGA-DC was started by parents of competitive gymnasts. In need of local facilities that could support their kids’ training, they came together to build a supportive environment with first-class equipment.
